Phanos: Hidden Light

Name:
Location: Baldwinsville, New York, United States

Born in Lake Placid, NY, grew up in Bangor and Brushton, NY on dairy farms. Served in the Army in Viet Nam, lottsa medals. Needed to soften after that experience and became a nurse, became a member of Lions Club in Baldwinsville, NY, where I now reside with a delightful family. Children all away and successful in their own lives and I'm deeply proud of them. Awakened to the world of soul at age 35 and agreed to begin to write the prophecy given to me to publish. This blog is the end result of many years of meditation and the writing of my dissertation on prophecy. I've created the Center for Therapeutic Touch where I've done counseling and hands on healing for the past ten years. Much more to come, feel free to write and ask questions at sledwith@twcny.rr.com and find the answers to them in blog entries.

TOP TEN STRESS RELIEVERS

TOP TEN STRESS RELIEVERS

from Dr. Stu

1. STRETCH! Take time to stretch your body, mind and soul. Whether you do a repetitive job or a great deal of bulk lifting, all of your muscles will appreciate a good stretch. Inhale deeply and exhale completely as you stretch. Reach for the sky and then your toes.

2. MEDITATE! Yes, this one you have to do on your time. In a quiet place, kick back, clear your mind of all the work and pressures of the day. Take a deep breath and pay attention to the quiet for just a moment. Breathe in the energy of the universe around you. In this simple way you can energize yourself for the next few hours of your life or the next big event.

3. COURTESY! On the way home from work let another driver get ahead of you in traffic. Let someone else get in line ahead of you. Say please and thank you.

4. HUGS! Give someone a hug. Ask for a hug if you need one. Allow yourself to know when a hug would be appropriate, like hugging a polar bear in the wild might be tricky. Know for sure that hugs heal.

5. CLASS! Pretend you have some, if you must!!! Just kidding. The point here is to take a Tai Chi or a Yoga Class, even dance aerobics.

6. BODY WORK! Call me at 315-635-7185 and treat yourself, a friend or a loved one to some intensely relaxing body work. If you have an injury, call me at the same number and ask for the body and energy work necessary for healing.

7. TREATS! Treat yourself to a hot bath, a sauna or to some time in a whirlpool bath. You’ve done well. You deserve it.

8. SECRET! Take yourself on a shopping trip to Victoria’s Secret. Buy yourself something which makes you feel good. Yes guys, even you can go there and buy your loved one something nice and feel good about it also.

9. READ! Read your horoscope and wonder to yourself, “Just how does this writer know so much about me?” Then take the pressure off by telling yourself you don’t have to live up to the predictions.

10. CHANGE!
Give your extra change to a needy child!
Change your mind and tell yourself it’s OK!
Change your underwear!
Make Change your middle name!
Choosing change makes you unpredictable, no one can zero in on you. Besides they will think you got new glasses or something, anyway they will want what you now have and that will be your secret. You are relaxed and alive with a new attitude.
